By placing an order at our website (www.lpoffshore.com) you agree to these "Terms and Conditions".
Recitals:
1) LPCS provides asset protection strategies for clients located throughout the world. LPCS and the client(s) acknowledge that LPCS is assisting the client only in matters that are lawful. Additionally, certain clients have a lawful need to establish corporate or other entities in Panama or other jurisdictions from which to conduct their lawful business affairs and asset protection affairs including banking, investments, real estate holding, maritime registration, Immigration, etc. which LPCS endeavors to assist them with as long as these activities are lawful in all jurisdictions concerned not just in Panama.
2) Nothing in this website is to be construed as an offer for sale of anything deemed to be illegal, or is contraband in any jurisdiction that the client or potential client is a citizen or resident in, is located in, does business in, or where there is a venue relevant to the client or potential client and/or their business activities that considers such goods or services to be illegal.
3) The Client affirms that they are not engaged in criminal activities.
4) It is the responsibility of the client to know, understand and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction(s). Do seek competent legal advice, tax advice in your own jurisdiction from a licensed attorney or accountant if in doubt. There are numerous countries around the world, all with different laws. Some countries impute taxes to offshore income, some don't, some exempt certain amounts of income, some don't, some give credit for taxes paid offshore, and some don't. Some people hold multiple passports/citizenship/residency and are subject to the laws of several jurisdictions.
5) LPCS does not and it is agreed that LPCS has not, provided legal or tax advice concerning laws, rules, regulations or taxes pertaining to countries other than the jurisdiction of the Republic of Panama.
6) All matters, communications, business dealings between client(s) and LPCS are covered by attorney client privileged communication laws and LPCS can not reveal any such information without the express permission of the client(s).
7) Client should understand that it is impossible to open a Panama Bank Account for a foreigner with a cash deposit. Banks in Panama will accept checks for deposit as well as money orders and cashiers or bank checks. They will not accept third party checks or checks by fax or drafts not signed by the account owner. Client is encouraged to arrange for us to have the client verify directly with the institution they are the only signatory on any such account before funding it. One corporate entity or person may have more than one bank account in Panama.
8) LPCS does introductions to banks and stock brokers on behalf of clients. LPCS its owners, agents, employees, attorneys, affiliates, consultants and related corporations shall have no liability for any damages or losses realized or not yet realized associating from or associated with the introduction to any bank, stock broker, financial institution or advisor. LPCS is not an investment counselor, advisor or stock broker and does not provide any investment advice or counsel as to the soundness of any financial decisions irrespective of whether or not the client was introduced to the financial institution by LPCS.
9) LPCS does introductions to banks and stock brokers on behalf of clients. LPCS can not guarantee the time frame or the actual account opening. It's up to the bank to approve or disapprove the applications. LPCS can not be held responsible in any way for late account openings or accounts not being opened at all. No refunds will be approved.
10) LPCS provides a resident agent address for the corporation and foundations to receive official correspondence like renewal notices from the government and this is included in the fees. Please be further advised the postal service in Panama is unreliable at best, only delivers to PO boxes and we strongly suggest the use of couriers like Fedex.
11) LPCS will protect client's legal interests in the Republic of Panama acting as their legal representative. Our billing rate is $150 per hour and a reasonable retainer is generally required depending on the circumstances. Sometimes we could represent you in a matter that is cross border, depends on circumstances. We can at times write demand letters, collection letters, contracts, etc. Inquire- some things we can do and some things we can't.
12) LPCS and it's owners, attorneys, agents, employees, affiliates, consultants, subsidiaries, and related corporations shall not be liable for any damages incurred realized or not realized, now or at any time in the future, for the failure of any client to comply with the laws relevant to the jurisdiction(s) they reside in or do business in relating directly or indirectly to any product, goods or services obtained from LPCS.

14) Proper venue for this agreement is Panama City, Republic of Panama. Authority is Panama law.
